Default Not for sale, but if it was..

This thread is really just to answer my curiosity, the car is not for sale, but I am wondering what people would pay. Here is the rundown:

Basics
2001 Trans Am A4
Arctic White
Ebony Interior
TCS
101k

Motor
XP LS6 Heads with 1.6 / 2.02's
XP Cam, 238/242 .605 .610 113+4
ARP 12 pt studs
New LS6 pump
LS7 Lifters
Comp hardened push-rods
Pacesetter LT's
Hooker ORY
Magnaflow catback (not just the muffler)

Transmission
Stage III.V 4L60E Transmission
TCI SSF3500 stall w/2.5 str
TransGo Shift Kit
B&M 24k Cooler

Suspension / Wheels
Sphon adj. PHR
BMR LCA's
Eibach Prokit on new struts
Fikse FM/10, 17x10 and 17x12 with 275/40/17 and 315/35/17

Less than 500 miles on all the mods.

When we tore the motor down it was in great shape with no signs of age, here is a pic before it went back together:

The valley cover was cleaned after, we were just buttoning up the motor for the night so dirt couldn't get in it.

And the car:

It made 431.24 RWHP 382.04 RWTQ locked the other day, I'm not finished with it by a long shot, but it is getting there. Again, the car is not for sale, I'm just curious what it would pull. What do you guys think?

Note: I'm sure you guys are sick of seeing this car now, sorry! Lol.

in the real world you will never get back what you put in, you have to find the right buyer to pay a lot extra. Pimp ride BTW

If selling with the wheels, you might get 13-15k, depending on where you are located. But generally mods don't add a lot of value. The general formula is Blue book for the stock car+half of the cost of the parts. So, for example if your car blue books for 11k, and you have 8k, worth of parts, a reasonable market price for that car would be 15k.

I have to agree ^ The main thing hurting the car is the mileage...we all know 100k isn't anything for an LS1...but some people just can't stand seeing high miles.

Sometimes I get upset cause my car has 47k..hah

Yea, I was just curious what you guys thought. I sold my old 98 with 162k on it, new motor though, for $11k, so I was thinking around $13 - $14k for this one. I don't plan on selling I was really just curious.

I think 13-14 would be reasonable if selling it set up like it is.

I think thats right on. Possibly more depending on the area. I see f-body's with about 20k less miles but half the mods going for more than that in the local auto trader. But on this board I would think it would pull 13k easily.

Nice ride, btw. Planning on hitting the track anytime soon?

Those (in my opinion) are the best looking wheels, ever. I want a set for my WS.6 so bad. How much did those cost you?

I'll hit the track when it opens, I think it is late Feb, early March. Hopefully by then I'll have some QA1's, but either way I'll go.
