KY Turbo Price Updates & News.
See the thread linked below.

News at Kentucky Turbo and Performance.
I spent the weekend discussing the outlook and future plans for the shop with my business Partner. With the current trends in the aftermarket as well as the overall global market we made some decisions about the shop direction and current pricing structure on the T4 6.0L Manifold Setups as well as the custom builds done at the shop. All decisions were made to keep the shop competitive in the current as well as future markets and give us a strong base for growth. I have been working closely with my material suppliers to secure cost savings. Those saving will be passed onto future customers at the shop.

You dont have to Spend $7500+ to have a S91 Setup. 6.0L manifolds are proven to make the power and take the abuse. Sure if you want tube headers I can do that too. It's expensive though. 6.0L manifolds for the win.

KY Turbo and Performance
I have received several phone calls, emails, and quoted out several different builds in the last couple months. I have been super busy at the shop and I thank all of my customers for making that happen. I have recently entered into several distributorship agreement’s with current board sponsors. I will be updating the site soon enough to show all the products that can be bought through my shop form Turbo setups, Comp products, Midwest Chassis, QA1, and more.
Now onto the fun stuff. I have finally worked out some turbo setups for the more hardcore guys. I have been working towards getting my setup ready for larger turbo options. An A/C setup is still in the works. That one has been a slow process. It is coming though.
Below are the prices for the 6.0L manifold based setups the shop offers.
The standard Street/Strip:
TC76 Turbo Setup
-6.0L Manifolds
-Mild Steel 2.5” Charge Pipes with a T4 Flange and Integrated Waste Gate mount and narrow band O2 bungs
-Mild Steel 3” Down Pipe with a Wide band O2 bung

-JGS 38mm Ultra Gate Waste Gate
-JGS Blow Off Valve
-Front Mount Intercooler 31”x12”x4”
-Stainless steel 3” Intercooler Pipes with Integrated BOV mount
-4 Ply Silicone Couplings
-T-Bolt Clamps
$4200 + Shipping
Options:
-Alternator Relocation Bracket $75
-Oil Feed and Drain lines $110
-Pusher Fan setup $250
-Aftermarket Radiator $250
More Serious Street/Strip:
ST80 Turbo Setup
-6.0L Manifolds
-Mild Steel 2.5” Charge Pipes with a T4 Flange and Integrated Waste Gate mount and narrow band O2 bungs
-Mild Steel 3.5” Down Pipe with a Wide band O2 bung
-Air Werks ST80 Turbo
-JGS 40mm Ultra Gate Waste Gate
-JGS 56mm Blow Off Valve
-Front Mount Intercooler 31”x12”x4”
-Stainless steel 3” Intercooler Pipes with Integrated BOV mount
-4 Ply Silicone Couplings
-T-Bolt Clamps
-Aftermarket Radiator
-Oil feed/drain lines
-Alternator Relocation Bracket
$5100 + shipping
Hardcore Street Strip:
S88-S91 Turbo setups
-6.0L Manifolds
-Mild Steel 2.5” Charge Pipes with a T6 Flange and Integrated Waste Gate mount and narrow band O2 bungs
-Mild Steel 4” Down Pipe with a Wide band O2 bung
-Air Werks S88-S91 Turbo
-JGS 60mm Ultra Gate Waste Gate
-JGS 56mm Blow Off Valve
-Front Mount Intercooler 31”x12”x4”
-Stainless steel 3” inch Intercooler Pipes with Integrated BOV mount
-4 Ply Silicone Couplings
-T-Bolt Clamps
-Aftermarket Radiator
-Oil feed/drain lines
-Alternator Relocation Bracket
This setup is based around the BMR High Clearance Turbo K-member due to the added room for Down pipe clearance. The BMR K-Member can be ordered and charged with the Turbo setup. It will also includes a Compact Scirocco/Pro Stock Style radiator for added clearance with minimal modification to the core support.
$5800-6300 + shipping depends on Turbo.
Please keep in mind that I run my Turbo shop by myself with the help of Brian Hogan. Brain deals with mostly parts sales to give me more time to spend building customer setups. From the time of purchase and payment build times range from 4-6 weeks depending largely on the Turbo ship times. All setups are built to order and test fitted on an actual LS1 Mock up engine in a Front clip. Not just a JIG. Sometimes things happen which make the build time longer. I will let customers know if that is the case and discuss all options at that point.
There will be times when I have to put orders on waiting list due to the work load at the shop. I do not like the idea of taking a customers money until I can dedicate the time to work on their setup. I have seen the rise and fall of to many turbo shops that have used that practice.
I look forward to working with all potential customers.

The S91 has proven to easily make 1200+rwhp on 408ci engines. DrTurbo could chime in on the absolute potential of the unit.
I hope to have pics up soon. I have another S91 on the way for a customer and will have plenty of pics up then.
As fitting the S91 unit on a GTO it just a matter of getting a customer with a GTO that has the desire and budget to commit to the build. I am up for it.

Would the 76 and 80 be interchangable? If I bought the 76 could I upgrade to the 80 without any mods to the kit?
These updates you guys post are pretty neat.

The ST80 setup uses a slightly different charge pipe and a larger down pipe. It also uses an aftermarket radiator. The ST80 setup can be had with a ST76mm turbo. It would be a couple hundred cheaper. If you plan to upgrade down the road I would go straight to the ST80 and keep the boost turned down until you are ready for more. It will be cheaper in the long run.
