Well guys, the ZR1, 0001 vin number, one of a kind, is on Barrett-Jackson, and there was some interesting facts about it. I didnt know it had the same brakes as the Enzo. It makes 620 hp or that is what they are claiming. The blue color is 60K a gallon for paint!!!!!! Tecnology rials anything coming from Europe they say. Went for a whopping $1,000,000.00
I must say, seeing it on Barrett-Jackson, the car is absolutelly amazing!!!

Sorry..just need to make a few corrections....
The REAR brakes are the same as the ones on the Enzo...(15in carbon fiber units)
Also the paint is not $60K a gallon..The clear coat that keeps the carbon fiber from looking like shyt is $60K gallons. Its a special mix that is used on computer chips to keep them sealed.
And there isn't really any technology. Its a built engine w/ boost and sweet brakes ,etc. Nothing new in the European world, but it will definitely pack a punch to 75% of the exotics

Eh, GM is already hard at work with the C7. I doubt this will be the last fastest Corvette. I was reading an article about the 2012 Vette possibly going mid-engine.

yeah......the car is sweet, but it's nothing special. it's definately a unique corvette because it's finally caught up to what european supercars had 10 years ago. it's not an engineering marvel, it's a C6 with some carbon fiber and a blower....
don't get me wrong, i'd drive the wheels off of it. hopefully the MSRP won't be much over $100k, that's the only stupendous feature the car has going for it, bang for your buck baby!

And the serial number being 0001 draws the big money like the '53 Vette the same guy bought for the same amount. And the serial number 001 Shelby GT Musang whose regular sticker price is $36,xxx with 315hp but it went for $600,000

they are not exactly the same as an enzo obviously, but they are both the same carbon-ceramic material.
most of these cars sell for so much because these guys make so much damn money, its basically like a free car that comes with their tax write off.

It's an awesome car and if i had the cash i would by it to. it's not that its just 0001 its also the only one that will be painted lemans blue so pretty much a 1 of 1 I am sure it will sit in a garage for 50 years but if you have 1M to buy a car you have enough money to buy a second to drive.
