Thats the problem...I read it, delete it and go into a forumn. Then when I leave the forumn and go back to the main page it tells me I have another message and its the same one until I get a new message then that one repeats.

Are you using your Browser's "Back" button? If so, your Browser is loading a cached page from your computer's hard-dive. The code on that cached page doesn't know that you already read and deleted that message. Its an exact copy of the page that was originally shown to you. If you hit the Browser's "Refresh" button, it will hit the server and get a new copy of the page which will know that you already read the message and will not display the popup.

What happened? Was there a system update or did you (or an admin) change something in his account?

Instead of clicking back, you can just hit LS1tech at the top and go back to the home page. It won't show up again if you do that.
