Default No more stock hood

Big thanks to Mike (1 Bad Z), I bought the hood from Dave Lewis and Mike took care of every thing going out of his own way. The hood was originally on Dave's Firehawk, Mike went to Pasadena, got the hood for me from the chassis shop and if that wasn't enough he even dropped my car off at the body to be fitted and painted. He really went out of his way when I know he's busy as hell. The cars a little dirty but here is a before and after pic. The hood is a real SLP production Firehawk hood and later this week I'll be getting the matching air box from Dave. I have wanted a hood like this since I first got the car, so it's cool to finaly get one.

Looks great! But I think your left front tire is mounted backwards, tread appears to be pointing in the wrong direction.

Its temporary, I need to finish re polishing and wet sanding the wheel that goes there, so for now I put it in the back corner where I dont have to look at it.

Looks good! I always wanted a WS6 hood for my old LT1 TA, but the Firehawk's not too bad either .

Looking good Neill!

See ya at the shootout, if not before. I'll be trying to get down to SAR several times prior to get some passes on the new combo. If you guys are coming out, let me know.
