The new "backup" driver...
I've been having non stop issues with my 1989 firebird and figured it was time to find something a tad more reliable...
So I found a 1995 LT1 C4, with 48k original miles for 11k at a local dealership. It's a great car, awsome MPG and handles like it's on rails!
Suprisingly it feels faster than my LQ9 cammed 1989 firebird...
Is anyone else a fan of the c4s? Also it is stock now, but we all know how that goes. I've been looking for an exhaust with a sound similar to the c5 borla stingers. Where do you start with these things?

C4's are really cool...I love the body lines on them.Funny that I see this thread because just the other day I saw a 1996 Collector's Edition and was drooling over it bad!LOL!
Hopefully you won't have as much trouble as the earlier LT1 C4s since I believe you should have the vented opti....Not perfect but,better...
As to the post above??Might be a stupid question but is there really some sort of conversion kit to go to coil pack setup?

They have started to appreciate in value a little, thats the good thing about a Corvette, they don't loose value like a F-body does. As long as their kept clean their still worth some money, regardless of miles. Also as of lately I have been seeing a lot of clean C4s around Houston.
