Do a search, there is a bunch of threads on this topic.

Bottom line, not going to gain anything of rockers. I know there was a thread from a vette forum where the scorpions broke.

I have the HS and no issues with them. Are they any better than others? No idea but they do seem to work fine

Why not Yella Terra's? Shaft and bearings are much more heavy duty than the HS.

I know you arent looking at comp cam rockers but id say there the best for quality and performance. Before i had stock 1.7 rockers after upgrading to 1.75 roller rockers i could actually peel out every where in my truck. I dont have graphs to show you what performance gains there are but i was so happy with them im deciding to upgrade them to comp cam 1.85's. I found a complete set on ls1tech for $180 and thats a hell of alot cheaper than the $500 shelf price. Just opening your window of options.
