Default Low 12's: LE2.2 cam/stock head combo (Track vid)

Finally made it down the track and although I had problems with the tranny not shifting right, and fueling issues the car still managed a best time of 12.26@110mph. My 60ft's were in the high 1.6's on the 1st two passes and the last run I felt the car bog and it went 1.78. My SES light was going crazy on the 2nd/3rd pass and Im suspecting the ECM was just dumping fuel up top which fouled out my plugs. I was going to trailer the car but the trailer was too steep so I had to drive 45min to the track both ways. Overall a good/bad night with more room for improvement. Im confident that with the new tuning from Alvin(didnt get it on time) an e-pump and ported intake it should go 11's N/A. Then its time for the spray !!!

Hit the limiter on everypass(manual shifting):

1st run: 12.3@110mph (no cool down after 45min drive/flashed conv. from 1K RPM)
2nd run: 12.26@110mph (45min cool down/ flashed conv. from 1.2K RPM)
3rd run: 12.5@110mph (12 min cool down/flahed conv. from 1K RPM)

Looks like some solid runs. I love the way that car launches. Good luck on 11's.

2nd run I felt the car pull the wheel but I cannot verify this, sure leaves hard with this new converter. Im dead set on 11's N/A then I'll spray it, but I still have some work to do. Thanks!

good times, woulda got even closer to 11's if the car was running perfect! Im expecting to hit 12.2-12.3 next time out with my cc503 and hoping to hit the 11 mark like you once I swap in a custom grind and take a couple pounds out of the car.

Stock supension, running summit "prostars" up front and 16" bird wheels out back with 26x11.5 ET Streets. I have datalogged the car before and the stock injectors are maxxed out, I was waiting on my chip from Alvin to throw on my 32lb'ers but I didnt get it on time. Next time it should go a lot faster and hopefully I can get my tranny to shift right. Im still shooting for mid/high 11's before I spray it so I got some work to do in the mean time.

Yup, just had them milled(they were warped) and gasket matched intake ports. The cam works surprisingly well with the stock heads, I just need to work the bugs out.

Thanks, yeah it is Tony, its holding up great but I still have the stock shift points so I have to manual shift it down the track. I tried to adjust the TV cable but either Im an idiot or its stuck...LOL!!!

Im running on a mailorder from Alvin@PCMforLess but its for the stock 22lbs injectors, which, like I mentioned, are maxxed out.

Im running ARP 7/16 studs, 1.6 NSA ProMags, GM hardened guideplates, COMP chromoly Pushrods, and 918's.

I have an '04 Tacoma 4cyl 5-speed so I dont really feel the effects of the gas prices even though they've been a lot higher before. The cars been parked for about 3yrs so this is the 1st time its had over $5 of gas .
