Default Passenger tire rubbing?

Alright, so at first I thought I needed to roll my fenders, because the sidewall of my right rear tire was being cut basically everytime i hit a bump. But I've read into the problem more and it appears that my axle may be "off center"? I've never heard of this, but you guys are the experts, not me. Im gathered info saying that a panhard bar will fix this. Can anyone clarify or atleast point me in the right direction? (Its just the passenger side rubbing, not the driver side.)

I also wanted to add that im running something like....245's i believe, so the tires arent really big.

What springs, tires, type of wheels/offset are you running? Yes an adjustable panhard rod will fix your problem, but it seems like there is a bigger issue since your tires are around 245's and are rubbing. I ran 275/35 18's on a set of Z06's/56mm offset lowered on a prokit with no adjustable panhard rod and I didn't have a bit of trouble on my 98 car.

To be honest, im not to familiar with most of my suspension stuff (I just bought the car not that long ago, from an idiot). Im kinda learning more about the poor car as i go here. I can tell you that the shocks are brand new bilsteins. As for the offset and such, i dont know much, other than i have an 18 inch foose speedster wheel with 245 tires. Im willing to bet the car has either been lowered at some point in its life, or the springs are getting tired and sagging. But if they were sagging, wouldnt I be hitting the wheel well with both tires? In this case i'm not even hitting it with any, im just cutting into the sidewall with my fenders. I dont feel like rolling them, considering I'm not even running anything larger than 245's. (Im not at my house right now, so i cant go look and get all the size info off the tires)

Still sounds like a adjustable panhard rod is needed. Perhaps the rim offset is slightly off so it is causing even a small 245 tire to have fittment issues. We offer several different versions but the standard PHR002 sounds like what you would be needing. We have them for sale on our TAX REFUND sale page here-

The second one is obviously the passenger side.

Never heard of a foose speedster wheel. Maybe the wheel offsets are too much?

Going strictly by the pictures, it appears that the offset on your wheels is a little too much, which is reducing your clearance. However, it also looks like the rear end isn't exactly centered in the car, which isn't all that uncommon. Therefore, an adjustable panhard bar would be a good idea. Given that the tire clearance appears to be minimal, the adj. bar might not completely cure the problem, but it will help.
