Default New N/A best for me-9.62@137

2nd time out with the new motor-ran a best of 9.62@137 w/ a 1.32 60'.
Car also went a best 60' of 1.29 and a best mph of 138.
This was off the footbrake at idle.
Can't wait to dial it in with the transbrake.

What a difference a set of plugs make. LOL Congrats Tek. 2 hundred pounds less along with the trans brake = low 9s.

Ha! yes the plugs made all the difference.
Car has a Cartek 441 hydrolic roller with L92 heads, th350, 12 bolt w/ 3:73 gears
All the usual suspension stuff-BMR k memeber, Hals all around, dual rear airbags and a set of wheelie bars by Carrols Rod and Racecraft.
Hoosier CO6 radial slicks.
Car runs on 110.
There is a vid but I'm waiting on the guy to post it up.

Thanks guys!
I have wheelie bars (yes I drive with them on the street too, hehe) so I won't put it on the bumper.
I'll post the vid as soon as the guy sends it to me.

Car weighed 3240lbs w/ me in it.
I had my shiftlight set at 6400 but by the time I react and shift figure about 65-6600. next time out I am going to see if she likes it shifted higher . She's probably going through the traps at around 67-6800, reason I say that is because in 3rd my 6400 light is coming on soon after the 1000ft mark.
