98-99 Stock Heads, Cam Only cars..Come In!
What are you 98-99 stock heads cam only with boltons cars running?
Anyone doing 400rwhp all motor with just a cam and boltons?
It seems most of the 2000+ cars are doing 400rwhp or close. I hardly see any 98-99's. Let me know your #'s.

I have the Hotcam plus most of the boltons. I have not dynoed, and its untuned. Saturday on Michelin XGT Z4's with about 29-30 psi in them I was pulling high 2.2 through 2.5 60' times, and had a best run of 13.252@110.26. BTW it was my first trip to the drag strip, and temperatures were 95+.

#s were 370hp 375tq if it makes a difference

My M6 car with all the bolt-ons, STOCK HEADS, and the original LG Motorsports G5 cam (224/230 .581/.572 112LSA) with a 12 bolt and 4.11s gears dyno'd 395rwhp/377tq. Ran a best time of 11.97@116.xxx MPH with a 1.8 60ft.

I have stock heads, a hotcam and all the usual bolt-ons including an LS6 intake (with egr). with the stock torque converter my car dyno'd 370 RWHP / 360 TQ ( I have SLP LT's with cats & borlamouth).
I have since added a Vig 2800 w/ a transgo shift kit. No new dyno numbers with the Vig. My best time at the track so far is a 12.7x @ 110 mph with a 1.7x 60 ft. (wearing Nitto DRs). Plan on doing heads (likely stage 2) this fall/winter. Hope this helps

My 98 w/all the bolt-ons and Comp 222/222 put down 370 rwhp w/the converter locked. Best ET is in the sig, and was in 2000+ DA, so it will go faster in the fall.

My 1998 A4 with 3.73s and a 4000 stall made 364rwhp unlocked and 381rwhp locked
since then I had swapped my A4 for an M6, but have not re-dynoed.
this was thru macs, stock MAF, and stock pulley

I have a couple of 400rwhp graphs saved on the site, the first one is a 224R & the second one is the 232R 232/228 cam with ls1 intake, no pulley, no ported tb. The first one has no pulley, tb, or tuning! It was a 00 car I think.

Jason: The TSP 232/232 Cam. With a good dyno tune how is the driveability on that thing? Much cam surge? Where does the cam surge exist mostly?
thanks,
Corey

Speed Inc 224/224 .563 114 cam, vig3600, stock rear w/3.23's, SLP LT headers, LS6 intake, ported TB, offroad pipe, cutout, and other small bolt ons went 11.50 @ 117 on a 1.56 60ft(3450-3480pounds). No dyno pulls and no dyno tuning. I went faster at the track, so thus I picked up HP. Thats my dyno HAHAHHAHH
just added TEA heads 2 months ago and i hope to get a little faster with those also
im guessing with the cam i probably woulda dynoed 365hp to the rear wheels
