Im running magnaflow also. I dont think it matters to much with what catback. I would recomend a cutout with a turbo car.

You want to stay away from chambered exhaust if you can for a FI setup. Magnaflow is a great setup b/c there not chambered witch helps the exhaust go out smother rather then bouncing of walls as you would in a chambered setup.

Roger that and also add a cutout since the single in 3" dual 2.5 out transversly mounted mufflers are no where near the exhaust flow as true duals, but get the job done as best as can be considering our f bods single 3" exhaust. I can put down 650 rwhp on only 10 lbs boost with my 348 and once I open the cutout 700 rhwp magically appears under the same boost pressure. BTW this is all through the magnaflow catback. Cutout right before the axel no cats custom turbo headers.

That's weird, with my 3.5" Magnaflow I don't gain anything when I remove the muffler.

best catback is no catback, but ive heard magnaflow in front of me on a turbo car and it sounds good. I personally have a single in single out 3.5" magnaflow that i will be running and hopefully it wont be too loud, i want it to be somewhat , rrright I think mufflex sells one that are bigger sizes for guys using bigger than 3" downpipes and all the way to the back. They have a 4" as well which would be awesome but hard to find!!

Best cat back for power would be a 3.5" single feeding a Garrett GT-47R "muffler"

i run a stainles works 3.5" crossflow catback with dual 3" out.

i have been a 9.2 at 150 through it, my best pass ever was a 9.0 on MORE boost so i feel its a good flowing exhaust.. definitely sounds nice
