New guy in NW Ohio
Name's Rick from Toledo, OH. I figured I'd finally sign up over here. Unfortunately I'm yet to get my LS1, but that day will come eventually. I ended up with my 3.8 NBM 2001 Camaro when I was 22 because I couldn't afford the insurance on a Z28. She's pretty much stock except for a K&N Filter, a small stereo system to replace my monstrous factory AC Delco AM/FM radio (yup, not even a cassette), and a set of SS rims for the summer.
I'm also in the middle of getting a T-Top conversion ready at the moment. I have all but a few of the parts and am hoping to have it done before all the good weathers gone.
So, um, yeah that's about it.

Haha, yup. Mine's almost as stripped down as you can get. The only options I have are power windows and power locks. Everything else is baseline. My car started life as a Courier vehicle for some company up in Michigan so I'm guessing they didn't want a fully loaded car. And the best part is I only had my car for around 2 weeks before I had a Pioneer CD player in it. And within around 4 months I had blown all 6 of the stock Delco speaker and replaced them with Kenwood's. Now 3 of those are toast and I'm replacing them and rewiring the entire car this summer w/ 4 - Sony Xplod 6.5".

That would be awesome. I am from Hicksville, OH (about 20 miles from Fort Wayne). We could cruise up and down Coliseum Boulevard and own some more of those damn ricers. They travel in herds up and down there looking for races. They are all fakes too (stickers, wings, wheels, etc.) and they always lose to even my mom's Impala. There are also a lot of nice Z's over there and they have some sweet car shows.

I'll be doing my T Top conversion that weekend.
yeah there's a reason my car's paid off, I can't afford ANY kind of car payment. Would you settle for giving it up for the weekend? lol
