FASTCHIP TUNE GOOD? Ed Wright Performance good?
i am doing a cam, intake, exc. on my 02 ls1 camaro and it will need a tune to get the most out of the parts and get it to run good. Ed Wright Performance in tulsa,ok quoted me $650 to FASTCHIP dyno tune on my car. has anyone had any work by them? what kind of reputation do they have? is this a good tune? price dosen't matter as much as getting the best tune i can get. if they are very good at what they do and know how to safely get the most hp and tq out of my car then it is worth it for me. any info will help. thanks

Thats all he does is LS and LT motors. Well really anything GM that has a computer he can tune. And he has been in business for 35 years. He did my car, but i just needed a computer flash for the a4 to m6 swap i did, and he did a few other things while he was in there. Only took him about 1/2 hour. Well worth it IMO

Ed is THE MAN. he tuned my SS. worth every single penny. it's just him and his wife in their little shop. he does AWSOME work. you will not regret using him one bit.
don't wait for more replies on here, just use him. he is one of, if not THE best.

I don't have any personal experience with him, but I've been reading positive feedback about him on the boards for years. All the way back to when people first started doing serious mods to these cars. He has a very good reputation.

I have a friend that got his car (97 form ta) worked on by Ed Wright.
From what I understand I cant get my buddy to quit saying his name. He swears up and down about the man. Says the guy even took him to lunch to talk over cams and tuning.
My friend swears he is the best tuner in the south and midwest. Thats a strong thing to say but Ed Wright does have a NA LT1 monster that I hear about and I dont even know the man.
I am stationed out of FT Sill and the guys always tell me that when im ready to tune to go to him.
I hope that helps answer your question.
