Default I'm new but my boyfriend has been on here...
Hi! I'm SLP 02 SS's girlfriend. I just got my first LS1
a 1998 Z28 in Bright Purple Metallic
I'm really just here to learn as much as I can about how my car works and probably won't post a lot but wanted to stop and say Hi

yea thats actually a REALLY nice color. i can only think of one thing i like better thats purple. lol. im thinking for your first "mod" should be some black rims with a chrome lip. that would look SO good on that car. i say that because once you start performance modding its hard to do anything but.

Welcome! I've always loved the dark purple metallic cars. They always made me think of dimetapp cold medicine.

Any suggestions of where to look? My boyfriend has a set of TTII's that are custom powder coated leaving the chrome lip. Maybe I can convince him to mock them up to see what they'll look like without having to beat on the fender wheels due to the width of the tires he has on them. The only thing is that everyone here seems to have either TTII's or ZR1's on their cars...

Don't do TT2's and don't do a Berger panel.

You can find some nice chrome 10 spokes on here. Check out the for sale section. They have a lot of stuff in there... like my wheels/tires Nice car btw.
