Some instructions would be great for his kits. I've had a bunch so far with the install of mine. You just get a big box full of stuff and are expected to know how everything goes.

well. i attempted to move the abs unit, broke a line *yes!* soo i just removed it and the bracket for now, got the drivers side header in...have no clue how the hell i will now get the abs unit back in
got the passneger side header in not too bad. got the little turn around pipe on with some"love"...got the y pipe on sorta. it hits, catches and rubs on ever thing possable. so far i see that i need to move the battery to block ground and re- rout the starter 12v+ wire to get enought space
then fitting the down pip it rubs on the plastic steering gaurd and on a break line....ugh
i cant wait till i get to the cold side
oh and where dose the steam hose go??

ok. i need a quick run down of how this silly oil line goes together, becuse with the fittings i have, it wont work. PSI side. the elbo dosent fit into the alumie oil drain part for the turbo. it will go in 3-4 threads then bind like its going to strip

Jo give me a call at the shop. I will explain to you how to install the kit. I have instructions that will be emailed to you also. Please call me or email me first b/c there are not many people on the board that have bought the LT1 kit.
Thanks Joel

will do. just thought id take a look on here and see how other people have done it
its an awasome kit. it just takes some time and what nto to get right. as do all car thigns it seems () but ill give those things you said a shot and go from there. its an awasome kit and id totaly recommend it to others. im jsut new to this and probly dident ask enought questions befor i got started on the install. we all learn tho
*and just so tis clear. a lot of the questions and problems im having are due to being new to all this. not becuse of the kit it self*

Your abs should have a front out and a rear out. It then goes into the block where they split to each wheel. What I did was T the front out to both fronts and the rear out to both outs. I hope that makes sense. I didn't use a delete block or proportioning valve and everything works fine.

id like to keep the abs. as it gets DD. i know the system is...lacking when it comes to helping stopping the car. but id rather have it then not
*got a new line made up....who els knew that the lt1(and maybe ls1's. i duno) have two diffrent fittings on the line that goes form the booster to the abs unit...witch no one carries including the local chev dealer...*

Have you been able to figure out if you can keep the ABS system ? I would like to see this kit work with the stock systems in place. Can you take some pics of your build, please.

still havent got it. im just going to get rid of it. not to happy about it but i cant get any info on how its sapose to go back in with the intake pipe and headers right there along with the rad condenser tank. so if any one has some pictures of how they deleted there own abs could you send them to me or post them as id like to have the car running in less then 2 weeks.
