Default Results using BFG dr, minus front sway bar

Heres my best run from yesterday, bfg dr hooked pretty decent. Ran them at about 20psi.
60' - 1.63
1/8 - 7.86 @ 85
1/4 -12.45 @ 106

Mph is exactly the same before I did the converter, headers, and intake not sure why. Anyone have some ideas?

For what I'm reading, your 60' and 1/8 are good. The 1/8-1/4 looks to lose something. Tire size is also important. What were you running and what size are the BFGs? IF the tire size is larger now, the loss in speed makes sense.

My 93 T/A (when it was an A4) ran similar times as your car, but I trapped about 109. Your 60' is great, I could never do better then 1.7x. When I had BFGs I could not even get 1.7s, I switched to Hoosier QTPs and got better 60' times.

Did you get your car tuned after the mods? Without a tune you are not getting the most out of those mods.

Are you comparing similar weather conditions on the mph times? B/C MPH in good air versus typical spring/summer air can be 1-4 MPH difference. Otherwise, not bad for the mods IMHO.

Yea I had the car tuned. The 60' probably has something to do with track prep, I ran on saturday with the full bracket program running not just a bunch of street cars.

Tire size is 255/50/16

I did feel very slight wheel hop, might be another hundreth or so left in 60'.
I got some lca to help out there.

+1 I think its in the tune. My car did the same thing when I first put my stall in and I got back up to 110 with just tuning. Good luck

Well im planning on trying a different tuner when I put my cam in ( 228/232). Could shift points play that big of an effect on mph? I know they are close to stock. 2-3 might be a little higher.

Heres the link to my dyno graph

Nice 60' and ETs. That 1/4 trap does leave something to be desired.

That 60' is sick. How were you launching the car, stalled up or from idle? Is that converter new? Might be loosing some mph from that.

Converter isnt new. I didnt stall it up much just enough to take the slack out, maybe 1300-1400

Yea tell me about it. Someone mentioned it might be pulling some timing since it has the stock knock sensor.

Look into that. I believe my car was pulling like 3-4* when I first got it. Did the 99+ knock sensor upgrade with new harness, and I don't have a hint of false knock. Definitely something you should check out. Nice times!

Went back to the track with same mods but I took the front sway bar off this time. The air might have been a little better and it was less windy.

Best 1/4 pass

60'...1.63
1/8...7.79 @ 86mph
1/4...12.33 @ 107

Im pretty sure this would have been a 12.2x pass but i didnt run it out cause I was bracket racing. Unfortunatly I lost this run giving the stripe back by .008
60'...1.62
1/8...7.76 @ 87
1/4... 12.41 @ 95
