Look here for info.
Your preload is determined by the PR length. Get an adjustable length PR, measure your PR length and then add your desired lifter preload. The Comp PR Length checker is what I have. Very easy to do.

I read that thread already. Didn't tell a whole lot on how to set preload. Is it turns past 22ftlbs on the trq wrench.? I may just send them back and get the 15's

No...not turns past 22 ft lbs. We have non adjustable valvetrains. The rockers are torqued to 22 ft lbs. Your preoad will be determined by your PR length.
I think there is a recent thread were Vettenuts described how to use the Comp PR checker. Let me see if I can find it.

Look at post #9. You would need the PR checker from Comp Cams. I got mine from Speedinc.

FYI, the -16 means there are 16 in the set...a -15 wouldn't be much use to ya!

I got ya on the preload. Its set by the length of pushrod. My heads have been milled .025, and Gunnar at Patriot told me to use 7.350 length pushrods. I'm guessing it would be a safe bet to just check huh?
