tr7 plug gap?
416 ci, with 11.3 cr. dynamic cr right around 8.4. i have tr8's in there now with the standard gap they came with but i want to try a 7 and see how it runs. n2o isnt hooked up yet but will be a 200 shot to start. so they will have to be ok for that also.

I have been running 28 on my TR7s, and that includes street, with no issues. The plugs look great, and I will not be running the tr6 ever again. I also have a set of 8s for bigger shots, but like the the 7s for all around use, and have even hit them a few times with the 300rwhp shot.

I used the 7s on a 250hp shot with no issues at all. I had them gapped at 32. I never tried the gap at 28. Judging from Robert56's numbers, you can't go wrong there either. I hated the TR8s. They would foul out too much. I think it was partly due to my tune though. It always ran a little on the rich side.

6 for anything more then stock compression with anything more then a 100 shot, is too hot IMO.
You want to risk making the plug into a glowplug, go a head, I won't do it.
I ran my #8s at a 30 gap, the #9's I run at about a 28 gap. I'm not using the ngk plug anymore though.

autolite race plug with a cut back ground strap, I think the # is 3903
plus side, the dont' seem to foul as easy, and it's alot harder to hurt one, bad side, if the plug doesn't get hurt, the next thing to go is the head gasket, piston, rings, etc.etc.
I wouldn't reccommend going to them until you have your tune up good with the ngk plugs, once you know you're on a good safe tune with them and aren't runnign lean/hot/detonation (known by making a pass and immediately shutting the car off and pulling a couple plugs) then try going to these. I don't think they make more power, but they stay cleaner and I can get quite a few runs on a set.
