I rerouted my wiring harness by unwraping it, moving everything around and rewrapped it. I routed the hanress to come straight backwards and into my Firewall where the ECM is mounted on top of the trans tunnel with a small console hidding it behind a few gauges and idiot lights.

5.3 truck motor, harness re-routed, stuff for front of motor runs UNDER the intake.

You can turn the injectors around so the connector faces inward, that way the tall injector connector will lay flat against the intake, about as HID as you can get with the truck intake.

Not sure what you mean by hidden harness but here is what my car look like. Computer is in the firewall pocket where the OEM computer was.

This is my 48 Firewall, the Main harness is just behind the drivers side head by the block going through the F/W, all my wiring, ECM and such are all up under the dash. All my other harness wire to the front end is under my d/s fender for the front lights & radiator fan. The only thing noticebly visible under the dash is the heater hoses that run between my heater box over to the p/side and then through the f/w.

Just a few words of advice. Try to hook everything up and run your swap before doing the final taping and looming/hiding of your harness. It makes it alot easier to correct any problems with your wiring.

Mine is not totaly hidden, but mostly where you don't notice it. The ECU is up inside the driver side front fender.

Routed ours through the trans tunnel with the coils moved inside. Had to lengthen coil pink feed and a few grounds but the rest reached fine. Did have to lengthen the iat and maf wires since they are mounted low down near the balancer.Coils are mounted behind vintage air unit, computer mounted on trans tunnel. Wiring mess on the left is a product of weeding out what is not needed from american autowire update car harness.
