I think it may depend on if they are bolts, or studs with nuts, and I would bet you could possibly find the info on ARP's site? Or worse case doing a general search on here.

I used torque values recommended by ARP. Head studs were 45, 55 and 65 with supplied ARP moly. I just got a set of ARP main studs 234-5608 for a stroker build and supplied instructions recommend 60 inner, 50 outer and 20 for the horizontal bolts, using the supplied moly. If tightened dry, unplated fasteners consume about 80% of the applied torque just to overcome the thread friction.
