If you don't mind driving, try RevXtreme in Tampa. Very professional and their reputation is excellent.
Otherwise, I'm sure someone will chime in with a shop closer to the Orlando area.

One name comes to mind.. Mike Norris, he is pretty close to winter haven, and is one of the best tuners in Florida http://www.mikenorrismotorsports.com/
