Default shipping a rear-end

does anyone here have a clue on how to ship a rear-end to another state? thanks for the help and advice

It would be best to use a freight carrier like Yellow Trucking and ship from hub to hub.

That's what I found out years ago, it should be true now.

expect to pay between 300-500 dollars... the fuel surcharge and oversize fee is horrible. It has to be loaded on 2 pallets since it hangs over one.

ouch thanks, well it wont come out of my pocket people want the rear-end shipped. So put(lay) it on two pallets and what just tie it down and wrap it?

Get a shipping pallet for a snap on roll away they are narrow and long. than go to harbor freight and get the 3-4 2 dollar ratcheting ties. tie it down and then cellophane it. after that check freightquote.com or forward air

Make it in the bigs and you'll have a great chance. Maybe not the exact model, but comparable.

i own a pallet company i can sell you a pallet that will fit that rear end perfect for less then 10 bucks

pallet and stretch wrap would make that thing tight...south st. and paramount blvd.

i used yellow freight, and got quuoted 400 and change to ship a 12 bolt, and got the bill in the mail a month later for more than 800. i tried to dispute it, and got nowhere....bullshit
