Default too much boost!!!!!!!!!

i am now able to do a good run.still tuning with HPT.i have two t/3t/4(top) turbos,38mm WGs,manual controller(not hooked up),stock ls6 c5.i have tial 6lb springs.for some reason it went from a constant 6 lbs. to 12 lbs.
this feels great on the road but it blows oil out my breather.i want to be at 8lbs.as much as i liked the 12lbs. my motor wont take it.i have looked everywhere and can't find a diagram for a top mount TT kit with a bov on the intercooler using external wastegates and boost feed lines on the turbos.
thanks,mike in mobile

so out of no where it went from 6lbs to all the sudden 12lbs? have you checked your wg lines? also do you have lines hooked up to the tops of you wastegates? maybe clogged or kinked somewhere? just a few suggestions

stange ,i never could figure out the pluming for intercooler mounted BOV ,single manual control,2x 38mm WG's,with boost signal at the compressors.
i took the gates off they seem fine.
checked with vender ,springs 6lb.
this is a proven used set up that worked
there are no lines hooked up,WG's are all spring
if any one can help please send PM , e-mail ,better yet call 251-382-1084

thanks mike in mobile

You need the wastegate boost reference lines hooked up or gates won't open.
The gates rely on compressor boost pressure from signal lines to lift them off there seat against the selected spring pressure.
Not the exhaust pressure in the dump pipe !

ok here it is plain and simple:
1. Blow off valve should have a vaccum line running from it to your intake ,anywhere behind the throttle blades on your throttle body, can be tee'd in to any constant vaccuum source.
2.Wastegates should both have a port on the bottom and one either at the top or close to the top on the side. The one on the bottom needs a vaccuum line going to it and to a point close to the turbo on the discharge side-boost referenced.
3.The top port on the wastegates are for running a rgulator or bleeder valve to control boost, basically if you want more than what your wastegate springs are rated at,this is what you want your boost controller tied in to.
Hope that summs it up man.

Dude what alot of blue spagetti !

If you are not useing a boost controller , all you need is a line from each compressor boost reference outlet to there indiviual wastegate , the middle port, not the one on top of wastegate.

and a vacume/boost ref after the throttle body (manifold or brake booster line) for your blow off valve top port.

yeah from what i can tell you have it right. i couldnt tell where the bov line went but as long as its seeing vaccum and boost somewhere on the intake behind the throttle blades should be fine. also alot of people including myself run the top hose on the wastegate open just with a short piece of hose to prevent debri from making its way in the wastegate. but this will only work if you arent wanting to turn up the boost more than the wg springs are rated at.

Default still at it

thanks for sticking with me on this, yesterday i ran as shown.the boost went to 10psi and i let off.i pulled the line at the out put of the control and it went to 6psi.last night we were trying to fix a 2500-4000rpm stumble with HPT. THE CAR TURNED INTO A SIG SMOKE MACHINE!
it was from both banks so i pulled the intercooler center pipe and it had oil dripping every where.i then checked the compressor out .the right side was leaking oil.this is why it ran like ****,i think, the MAF was covered in oil.
i;ll drain th cooler,add restricters,and move on.

the controller is fully clockwise.why can't i get this?i want to add meth this sumer and run this thing at 10psi.

the bov is direct to manifold pressure off the brake booster.
any ideas for the restrictors?
thanks again guys ,mike

replaced inlets w/Garrett .06 flanges and put in a .75 clear reinforced drain tube.seems OK I'll drive tomorrow.i did drive it today with compressor pipes off.NO OIL out the back.i ran the drain in to a bucket for 60 sec..it pumped two quarts.
