Default Poor mileage, car runs bad with ac.

I've been noticing bad fuel mileage for about a week now, and today while I had the ac on i noticed when i let it idle the rpm's droped down below 500 then would fluctuate below and above 500. I turned off the ac and it idle'd normally. Then I turned the ac on a few minutes later and it seemed fine. Could this have something to do with my bad mileage?
Has anyone had this problem?
How do I fix this?

Also the pcm is throwing a P1133, and P1153 code (I dont believe these anything to do with it, but i may be wrong). The last time I scaned it was about 4 days ago.

I forgot to mention that I seafomed it a week and a half ago. Could it be the fuel filter.

No it was not. Which really makes me think it would be fuel filter.

Sounds to me like you messed up your O2s. Did you run it through the tank, or through a vacuum hose?

I ran the sea foam through both the intake, and the tank. But the codes have been on for about a month now.

I went and had the car scaned again, and now the P1133 and P1133 are popping up twice.

Well hopefully we can figure this out, I'm really hoping its just the fuel filter.
