Default What is the name of this part?

The body panel that runs below the door in this pic. What is the name of this part, and if you know, the part #? I need one for the passenger side.

you do realize that if ya get the outer rocker panle, ya might get the whole uni side
and rocker panles are welded on, its allot of work to replace one need to weld, need to prep the new metal, prep the inner rocker, if your asking what it is i suggest not attmepting to replace a rocker panle

I changed one on a 240 when I was in school, cut the old one out, prep everything, trim the new one to fit and weld it in, grind the welds down, and use some filler to make it look nice. I don't really do bodywork anymore, unless a friend needs some help with some, I just stick to painting.
