As far as going retro, Dodge did it the best. Sorry GM.
I have to say they are sexy and if I was a dodge fan, I
would definitly have to have one.

I am bummed out since the Camaro is not released and my buddy just completed the Headers for the Challenger. This week he is going to tackle the Supercharger and hopefully we will have some numbers in a few weeks on this car. The Camaro is still my favorite and as usual GM is sitting on there thumbs telling us it feels good and Oh the car will be released soon.

Denise are you going to Daytona next weekend?

I seen one this week at a gas station and stopped to take a look at it.All i can say is they did one hell of a job it was Hemi orange w/carbon fiber stripes. The guy told me he payed $8000 over invoice and sold his 06 Z06 for it and it was fast i hope he was'nt comparing it to the Z06.

Sounds like a dumb trade to me and on top of that he paid $8,000 over invoice. In 6 months you will be able to buy the car below MSRP.

I saw one yesterday heading in the opposite direction. Good looking car. I want to see one up close to see how much they followed the prototype.

This was a old guy too guess he could'nt handle the Z06.He told me he's always wanted a Challenger but i think he was scared of his Z06 said it was too lite. The Challenger has 1000lbs over the Z06 so i guess it's more reasonable for these old guys.

saw a black on black one the other day. thought it was a charger at first then a double check confirmed challenger. The interiors on those is about as exciting as a cardboard box though.

Not really. As one of the old guys I felt the ZO6 was not fast enough for me. I drove one for a few hundred miles and was tempted. Problem is there are so many Vettes on the road and I have had several. I knew whatever I bought I was going to add a few hundred horse too it. So I went over too the dark side. My car ended up dynoing at 920rwhp at Macedos in Orlando. Since 06 I have driven 31,000 miles on this car now. I like toys that are nearly bulletproof. I hope what I am building now will also stand the test of time.

Just teasing you.

Our local Vette club is little older then most. I went to a lunch with them a few years ago and I thought I was in the wrong place. It looked like the local geriatric clinic let the old buzzards out for a Buffet at Golden Corral.
