Default Where's all the GTO's?

Hey,
So I'm up from FL, my Dad is kinda looking around for a GTO. It seems like there are none in the Northeast PA area. Then when I use autotrader the only cars that come up under $25k are 04s. He wants a 05-06. What gives? He said most dealers want over $25k and all I can think about is how they couldn't sell the things new for $28k+, what makes them think they will get that now?

I don't know, seems the car market and prices are way out of line with what I'm seeing down south.

Did see a 01 FRC though for $25,900. Had 24k miles on it, but it was a auto.
Doesn't work for my Father either as it was yellow and of course only two seats.

What the dealers are asking for them and what they're actually getting are two completely different numbers. I bought my CTS-V for 26,800 when the dealer was asking $30,500. He should be able to get a dealer way down from $25k for an '05.

Look at Ebay, and LS1GTO.com.....find a car you like and call the owner and see what price you can agree on. I would pay more than $21k for an 05 right now, and it would be low mile and cherry

CTSV 510, we saw a 05 CTS-V today while looking around, they wanted $42k! Pretty much made me sick to hear that number, I didn't think they were astronomically expensive when new, so I thought they were way off with that figure.

Joe, I will see what he says. Do you have any pictures?

Bergeys Chevy has a beautiful 03 Z06 Blue with the Black and Red interior with only 14K Miles on it...The car is perfect and they are asking 28,950 for it which I thought was a great starting price...

Go check it out,Your dad might like the Z06 better

I will second this. It will beat a stock LS2.

Also, check Craigslist...there are a few on there from the Philly area.
