Default Driving the ZR1

This video was uploaded to VetteTube a short while ago. 0-60 Wheelman/Writer Thomas Lyman takes the new 2009 Corvette ZR1 for a hot lap around GM's Milford Proving Ground.

Turn up the volume on this one!

The driver looks very uncomfortable behind the wheel. Not very smooth driving at all. The car sounds good though.

Looks like his only way to go fast is to keep the rpms down and use the torque. Everytime he gets on it, it spins.

On the vette forum they posted a ZR1 running the ring. It set the fastest production car lap.

You could tell the driver sure was glad the active suspension was helping along.

If you are an Outlaw Sprint Car driver that drives sideways all the time; you will love this ZR1 as it has the power to get sideways just about anywhere on the track.
I'll take 2 in Red please.
