Default my Finished Datsun swap

Well after a few months the car is out and on the road and going to shows like it should be. We've had the car on the road for about 2 weeks and have been in three shows with it. Took one first and one third (even though they classed it with nissan cars...lol). People love the swap in this car. it just fits so well it almost looks stock. anyway on to the pics i guess
Overall exterior shot

LS1 shot

Interior (now have short stick and Z ****, looks much better)

Dude, that is sick...only thing i can think to do to it from here is to add some of those fender flares and get fender mounted side mirrors.

Wow, that is a dope care.

Thanks for the feedback.
I don't really want to get flares as I would have to cut the beautiful fenders that the car has, and that would almost be a sin as they are in near-perfect shape. I'd also have to get new wheels and these ones are only about 3weeks old lol

It was out of a 2000 WS6, I then got a LS6 intake, 224/224 .567" 114+4 cam, PR's and springs. It has headers and a custom exhuast also. I have a pair of 15x8 rims that match whats on the car now to have DR's mounted on them for the track The guys at the shop are saying high 11's low 12's if I can launch it. under 3000lbs with driver

Gorgeous car.

Hope to crank up my 1970 240z with an LS2 this weekend.

Just wish my paint was half as nice as yours.

Wow, you have done a great job, I bet it is a blast to drive and you have a permanent grin going when you do. Do you have a build journal posted anywhere? And speaking of the mirrors, what are they from? Congratulations!

thanks

Pat
