well injectors really dont add power.. but at the same time they will.. with that combination you will be starving for fuel on the top end. so by putting 42 pound injectors you will eliminate that problem.. but refresh my memory.. whats the specs on that cam.. and whats the flow on those heads?

I dont see any reason that you shouldnt hit 400+. Add a flowtech cutout to that list and you should be good to go.

why not? right there your running better flowing heads(I think) than mine, with nearly the same cam, my numbers are in sig and thats with shorty headers and stock cats. Im getting LT's and high flow cats in a few days and should be running around 420rwhp. You should be pretty similar I would think

I think it will be close. I don't know much about the stage 1.0 heads plus that cam isn't very big but it has been known to make good power with the right combination. To get you closer I would definitely go with a cutout since you're running the blowmaster.

+1 about the chokemaster. I had one for years and recently went to magnaflow...worlds of difference!
Also definetly have your heads milled to 59cc chambers, brought me up to about 11.1 CR.

i made 400+ with the cam in my sig. the 224 is not that big of a cam, plus the heads are no much better than stock.......

If it was me, get a little bit bigger of a cam.. Is your car a DD? While you have the heads off you might want to put in ls7 lifters

What made you choose the LS6 heads? From what I've seen, most people go with the ported 5.3 heads with that cam. I think you'll be able to make it, but honestly not much more through an auto. But who cares...autos are track stars, not dyno queens.

I would run some different heads. Those don't seem to do as well as the 5.3's. And also keep in mind that converter is going to suck up some power. Good for performance but bad for dyno #'s. But I think you will be close with what you posted up. The 224 cam isn't really known for putting up huge #'s but it does make for a very usable powerband so it should be fun. Good luck with your build.
