Default IAT High Voltage Code

My car is throwing an IAT high voltage code. What exactly does this mean? Is it pulling timing now thinking the IATs are too high? Ive been trying to trace the wires and it doesnt seem like there is a spot for it to be shorting out and i bought a new sensor. What else could fix it?

It means an open circuit somewhere in the PCM-IAT-ground
chain. Check connectors first, pushed-out pins etc. if the
new sensor doesn't help.

Whacked IAT can modify spark and fueling.

Looks like the ground is in the PCM, this shows the wiring diagram: www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic8911.php
