That does sound low for a cammed LT1. Im sure a set of LTs and a tune will wake her right up though.

What kind of dyno did he put you on? Pretty close to what I would have guessed you to be at w/o headers and a tune. A little low though. You will prob get another 20@rw with LT's and a tune.

Your nunbers are low, I made 288 rwhp and 309 rwtq with just bolt ons. You need a tune bad! LT's will also help as well as opening up your heads. New plugs and wires should be standard replacement items when you install a cam unless they are very new. Just my .02, Good luck

Before my CAM install, my 72K mile '94 A4 with CAI and catback only, orig plugs & wires ran 241 HP/ 278 torque. I would think your CAM and no cats would show a little higher, all dyno's are different, your's looks stingy. Get the plugs and wires updated, LT's and a tune it should wake it up.

I think you'll be over 300rwhp once you get some LTs & a tune, those #s sound low-low for the mods, even without headers, i'll bet your closer to 300 now, if the car accually had those true HP/TQ #s, you would feel it i'm sure. Now that that's all said, just remember this, Dyno #s are just a tuneing tool, nothing else IMO, its how well it runs that counts, You wouldn't beleive the people who always ask me how much HP was i makeing in my 10 sec. Duster, i said, i don't know & i don't care really, i built it, i tune it, it runs the #s & i love it, so if its 200 or 500 too the wheels, don't mean nuttin too me, bring it on what i told them lol.

to be honest, if my numbers were that low i would do a compression test. 234 is rediculously low, something is wrong. and get some LT's!

before you do anything further...get a tune. Cam, ported MAF, TB...surprise the car even runs right. You are hurting the tranny by not having a tune with the larger TB.

Headers will help but not effect tune.

Mustang dynos are known to show low #'s but that is the least of your problems now.

A stock tune wont allow the engine to rev high enough to make power with that big a cam. That is besides the fueling being wrong, the MAF tables being incorrect for the destroyed MAF further ruining fueling, and the spark being wrong.

You keep "modding" like this and you are going to do major damage, if you haven't already.

Stock tune, stock heads, and a mustang dyno= LOW numbers! Like caprice said, you don't run a cam that big with your mods. Hopefully you did not hurt anything! Im running a 230-236 540-550 in a 383 with ported heads and a full tune!!

I would expect that from a bone stock car.

you're running a cammed car with no headers, no tune, and bad plug wires?? without cats, check to see if you are dumping out raw fuel from the exhaust tips.
