We usually recommend upgrading the stock components when you are approaching 450rwhp. With harness and 255 intank you're looking around 600. Kind of like the old saying goes...better safe than sorry.

i have the 255 and hotwire kit, 36# fast injectors on my 402 dynoed yesterday at 462 n/a (damn) 560 with a 100 hit. I should be around 610 or so with a 150 hit. So it should be close.

98 injectors are good for 450rwhp -+, but 99 are 26lbs so its less. But I can tell you that injectors have nothing to do with a wet kit.

So if I get a dry kit, I will need injectors. If I go with a wet kit I can use my factory injectors?

wet kit needs no injector change.

on the wife's car, 99 formula, i've been 482 rwhp with stock fuel system. wet kit set to 150.

on my black car, 00 formula, been 663 rwhp on a walbro 255 and racetronics hot wire kit. 250 direct port.
