Talking Just dynoed my TT ZO6

I just bought this car last week so I took to the dyno to see how much power this thing have I still waiting for the builder of the car to arrive so I can have all the info on the car.

01 ZO6 with less 30k miles
Mods that I know:

Engine:
Build 346ci 8:5.1 compresstion, MTI Stg 2 heads, custom turbo cam, all valvetrain.

stock trans and rear.

STS TT ZO6 dont know the size but the owner said they are the biggest turbos STS offer.
Fule system

with 9psi and Air/Fule ratio 10.0 all the way to 6000rpm and 13.0 after 6000rpm to 6400rpm (thats whan I let go)

The car made 499rwhp 476rwtq SAE with hot wheather.

We tried to tune the car but the tune was locked

What do you guys think about the numbers Oh I also found all stock Cats and stock H-pipe are stil on the car????

I will remove the CATS and add 3 X-pipe (stock headers) and retune with 13psi

Any comments will help

Nice man. Sounds like you've got some work ahead of you to get everything running right, but a TT Z06 is a good platform to start with. I've never been too impressed with most of the STS kits out there, but setup right they can do some damage. Either way, it's way more power than I'm putting down and in a much lighter car, so congrats on that!

Sounds like a good start. Isn't 13.0 A/F a little lean for an FI car?

Should be around 12.0, my guess is he doest have a map for the lower boost. If I was him I would switch to corn and turn the wick back up and be done with it.

Your compression is a little low as well, you should bump it up a full point.

Sounds like you need to correct your sig until you get it sorted out. Did the owner show you a dyno sheet when you bought it?

Good point, you're not going to hit 700+ rwhp on this setup. I would expect around 600 rwhp.

wrong....you want it between 11-11.5:1 to keep it on the safe side for a street car on pump gas.

and wrong.....this is a turbo car not a blower car.turbo street setups like his running up to around 15psi should have between 8.5-9.0:1 CR.he just bought the car already setup like this, why would he go tearing into the car to raise the CR?

The car made it before, why would it not do it again with the tune straightened out?

I hate the dyno section a little more everyday...

Badass!! What the hell happened with the tune then? 650 on pump should be close!

NM, saw he was mixed with 109 octane. I wonder what it would do with a full tank of E85

The tuner mixed the fuel to be on the safe side but I want max power I can get with 91octane.
