ME Vs C6Z06 at the track---VIDEO
This happened last month at Evanston WY which has a 1/8 track, it's about 6600' if I recall right. So anywho I saw this new beautiful C6Z06 getting in line so I jumped in my car and got behind him. We got lined up and well...

I beat him! I was .3 faster and 1 mph faster than him in the 1/8th there! I was thrilled to death, but I have a feeling if we would've gone faster he would've caught and passed me, but never the less I beat a C6Z06!!!
Also that was with my mods in sig plus a 75 shot, which you can clearly hear when it engages in the vid.

Those number blow for both of us there, it was like 10.2@87 for me and 10.5@86 for him. I just dyno'd my car Saturday night and it's got 480/465 on the 75 shot and I've ran 12.22@118 with a 1.98 60' at a local track here in Utah, it's at 4400'.

Don't be mean, man.
Guys like you that come on here claiming that pointing a car in a straight line for an 1/8th or 1/4 mile is actually an indication of driving skill, make me laugh. Try going 125-140 into a hair pin turn, on a road course, then come back & talk about driving skill.
RyderTA,
Thanks for the video & nice kill, it's always a good feeling to beat a comparable badass car.

Thanks for pointing out your inability to read gxpower, as these fine gentlemen already pointed out that's a very high altitude. I don't expect you to know how altitude affects times but it has a pretty big impact on them...
Thanks to the rest of you for your kind remarks.

I know how alititude affects cars aswell. While not quite that bad, at 3075 ft, people seem to be amazed that I ran 14.1 at 102 near stock, let alone the other 13.8 and 13.7 bolt on cars. When DA's hit high 5000's, cars just run like ****. I can only immagine at 6600 ft, plus humidity, wind factor, dew point, ect, that times get bad. I would hate to have those kind of time slips, but hey. Best you can do. Good kill.

The density altitude in Evanston WY on the afternoon of 7/19/08 was ~9900'. 87mph is the 1/8 is hauling the mail! You'd probably do 100 at englishtown in the fall...
