Default mating a 392 hemi to a LS1 style T56?

have a friend who is building a 32 roadster with a 392 hemi. He bought a LS1 style T56 to mate behind it but is having trouble finding an adapter kit.

Anyone on here have any suggestions?

He's an old school street rod guy building a 32 highboy roadster with a blown Hemi. I realize LSx's are more efficent, but what car guy doesn't drool when looking at a streetable Blown Hemi?

tracar... i agree old school hemis have that nostalgia. I would just do a google search for the adapter... I have seen a few companies that carry this type of stuff but don't have any links for ya.

Check these guys out, at one time they had an adapter to bolt old-school to just about anything. It won't be listed on their website but I bet they have it.

It might be easier and cheaper to adapt an LT1 style T56 to that 392. Just something you might want to look into.
