Default 403 C6 & F1C Belt problems!!!

Guys any help would be great..just finished installing the 8 rib kit from A&A. cranked the engine and revved it to 3K from idle, then the belt jumped out the pulleys to the front.I used gates laser alignment tool and checked the alignment 10 times, all the pulleys are lined up..the kit does not have a tensioner pulley with it so i am still using the stock tensioner pulley of porcharger that comes for the 6 rib kit. could it be the problem ?

Yes it could be the problem, A solid tension would help or a very strong spring tensioner.

where can i get it from ? Chris at ECS told me that the stock tensioner pulley may work.but i think it's small and wont keep the belt in place

This is what I used on my vette with an 8 rib drive and it works and has never slipped once with 16psi.

Can you post pics of your bracket? Any installs I do that require a F1C or R, I go straight to the 10 rib with our bracket.

So far the 10 rib bracket has seen a lapping day at Mosport and just came back from Carlisle with no issues.

I am using the stock bracket from procharger, the car had D1SC and changed it to F1C with A&A 8 rib kit , still stock tensioner and pulley..is there any bracker or tensioner to fit the C6 ?

still can't figure it out , the belt is being thrown only out from the supercharger and stays in the other pulleys..could it be my bracket isn't straight enough ?

Procharger has a redesigned tensioner that may help. You would also benefit from having shoulders on your tensioner pulley. Just a suggestion.
