Default New SLP PowerFlo exhaust?

I wrote a post a few weeks back but damn if i can find it..lol.
Anyway has anyone tried SLP's new '98-'02 f-body catback?
I like that it's got dual straight thru mufflers...should flow good.
Just wanted to see the system on a camaro since my bumper doesn't
sit as low as a WS6. Thanks.

Man no one is using it? I guess if i started a thread like " Which air lid is the best"
i would get 30 replies Well add somthing i guess...it seems a little
to expensive since u can get a magnaflow for $419 from New Era.

BTW just messing around about the air lid comment...i'm in a goofy
mood..lol

just went to look at the website. It sounds sick on that car. I don't know if it's because of the mods on that car or what.

I'd say, you give it a try OP.

Or check streetfire or youtube for more vids.

It hasn't been out very long is why nobody has much to say about it. I'm curious how it compares to the dual/dual.

Yeah, I think it's a little too expensive considering it's a loudmouth with two small mufflers which if I had to guess would cost between $50-$100. So I'm not sure why it's so much more expensive than the regular loudmouth.

My cousin has it on his 2001 WS6.

It's pretty quiet. Sounds pretty good but do NOT expect it to sound like Loudmouth. I will try to get a vid of it by this weekend.

Yeah i don't think it would sound like the loudmouth since it has mufflers.
I think why it sounds so mean on SLP's site cause that WS6 has big heads and cam.
But on a milder setup i bet it has a nice sound....SLP need to knock the price down to
$550 at the highest. $699 is nuts. I like the Magnaflow but HATE the tips. If i dont
go with SLP's system i'll get the magnaflow but have my stock SS tail pipes welded
to the mufflers outlets. Since the SS/WS6 pipes are 2.75" instead of magnaflows
2.5" outlets.

I've been looking around since my Magnaflow truck tips really bother me. My guess is the high price is due
to stainless steel but I do have other questions.

- What is the diameter of their exhaust (pipe size, muffler inlet/outlet)?
- Would there be power loss due to a 3 muffler design vs my single Magnaflow c/b?

If they could show a power gain over my Magnaflow I'd prob buy it....and just sell Mag to offset the cost.

Here is a link to pics of the system on a Formula. Kinda gives you idea of what it may look like on a Camaro.
