I'm gearing up for a cam swap and I wanted to delete my AIR system while im in there. I already have AS&M long tubes on the car, and they come with all of the emissions fittings. That said, I dont want to spend the money on new race headers. What would be the best route for doing this? I have looked around And I cannot find any sort of kit. I also hear that the AIR tubes to the headers are a very odd size..

Well, you could do what I did with my manifolds and just cut off the end of the air tube pipes so you can get the nut off, drop in a bolt and weld it up. Then screw it back in the manifold.
If yours don't fit on your headers, two options: Find the fittings that fit and weld them up, or weld up the headers directly.
