Default Flashing 3rd Brake Light

I saw a local LS1 Trans Am with a flashing 3rd brake light, and i'm not sure if that was factory or not, but I want to do this. Too many people don't pay attention on the road and the blinking 3rd brake lights really do stand out more. Anyone know where I can get the mod for it?

Basically it's a module you need. Tie it in with the power and ground off the third brake light

They sell that module, it flashes like 3 times and then just stays on.

Nice find! I will be buying the one with the delay here shortly!

What is the difference between Blinking Smart Stop and Blinking Smart Stop delay version?

The Delay version was designed for those drivers who might not want to continuously flash their third brake light when caught in bumper to bumper traffic. Once you have applied your brakes for the first time causing your third brake light to flash 6 times and then turn solid, touching your brakes again within 8 seconds will cause your third brake light to turn on normally without flashing. In other words, you must have your foot off the brakes for more than 8 seconds before the Blinking Smart Stop will reset and cause your third brake light to flash again.

My wife had this on her Camaro I hated that thing and took it off. All it was is a relay box with some sort of fuse it will flash a few times and go solid.
