I think you will be more than happy with that package. With supporting mods you could go low 11s fairly easily.

Tireburnin,

Do you have the 200cc heads on your car? I'm gonna get my heads back from AI this month. Just currious about your set up....

I ran the older 190cc heads and an Ai custom nitrous cam in the low 230s. I ran all of my times with a th400 and 28inch slicks. My car weighed around 34-3500lbs race weight. The motor was a 355 and my stall was a very tight nitrous converter that went to 3500 on the TB. I foot braked the car and think it would have run faster at a real track where I could hook. My best 60ft on motor was 1.59 but on my fastest time it was a 1.65. After clearing up some intake/exhaust restrictions I ran consistant 96-98mph traps depending on the DA.

But as they say, on to bigger and better. I was very happy with my old setup, but sometimes the HP bug bites. I am currently having Ai build a crate motor for me based on an LS3. With more CI and heads that flow like crazy, I'm hoping for some good numbers and times. I'll post updates as I receive them.

Feel free to ask any specific questions.

You will not be disappointed with their packages. I just got done doing the same thing you want to do except mine is still a 350. All mods are in sig.
They do great work and are very helpful. Get their custom cam to go with the ported heads and ported intake and you can't go wrong. My car pulls like a freight train. I just love it.

Another happy AI customer. Let Phil recommend the cam.
With a M6 I would be looking at 4.10s, the .50 Od means they will be fine on the highway.

Another vote for the AI package here too. I have their competition ported LT4's with a ported LT4 intake and a 'comparable' cam, and the car is very strong.

With 4.10s and a 26" tire 2000rpms in 6th is 75mph. That is a reasonable cruise rpm and the highend of any cruise speed you should be using.

4.10s just make 6th useable, lugging the engine is NOT the way to make it live or get good economy out of it and the stock setup will lug if you us 6th much.
