At first, it's a riot... but then you think about it... he was PLANNING on DRIVING! 
I would've let the moron sit there passed out, and called the cops. I believe they can still nab you for DUI if you are in a running car, don't have to be moving. %$#@ up his life before he F%$#s up someone else's life.

He actually defended himself in the comments section. Said the guys that shut the car off saved his life...Glad he's so concerned about his own life but not other people's life seeing that he was planning on driving home! What a tard!
