"LE" heads refer to Lloyd Elliott who is a well know LT1 head porter. Check out his website and give him a call. Very helpful, humble guy.. known for very good customer service before AND after the sale.

They're stock heads ported by lloyd elliott. They are ported to a le1, le2, or le3. Most ppl go with le1 or le2. And you can get a package with it, www.elliottsportworks.com is his website. (He does great work and is a good guy.)

Head and cam selection really depend on purpose and budget.
He has a few cams listed on his website that work well for most people.
He can also make you a custom cam for the same price.
A quick email or call to Lloyd will get you on the right track.
He's actually in Red Oak, which isn't too far from Ft Worth. (I'm not sure if you're in Cali or Ft Worth at the moment)

i was thinking off putting an ls1, but then i decided since i ahve a running lt1 might as well build that and be running with some ls1's. and from what i know others would rather race an lt1 than ls1..so out in the streets i think the lt1 will get more races...and also i need to save money to put down on a cement pump, so it will be a lil more cheaper to build my lt1 because i wont need to get a k-member, tranny, wire harness..etc.etc all that other ls1 stuff

Uhm, the 93 is a very stout car. Speed Density (no limitations via MAF), hardened pushrods, forged connecting rods, more aggressive cam, better t-56, and much more. My 93 has A/c and works great, and so do all my friends. Idk where you live lol
