n2o pressure
ok I have a had a problem with my hsw plate kit recently. I think I figured it out but I wanted to see what you guys thought. if the pressure gets close to 1100 it doesn't work. are my noids not able to take the pressure or what? I would like to spray 1100-1050 range.

Some smaller noids cannot take high presure. some also will not open under 800. But if you use good noids (the bigger ones seem to be more constant) you will not have those issues.
If i remeber correct the hsw's are pretty small. But id think others would be having these issues if they all failed at 1100. So id hit up HSW and see if they can replace them . Maybe see if they have a better set of larger noids.

Eric,
Please jump over and fill out a tech support ticket if you haven't already. I do have a question, why are you looking to spray it at such a high psi? We recommend that you stick with the 950psi rating that we jet the kits for. Thanks!

Nick I will open the ticket now.
well I would like to spray at 1050, but sometimes its gets up there. the last time it finally worked at 1070. i guess I didn't know there was a pressure limit. always thought to spray between 950-1050

Well I recommend the 950 psi because our jetting is based off of it. In my opinion there is no reason for you to be spraying above that based on density vs. velocity. If you do want to, please verify that your a/f is correct. All solenoids have a pressure rating and is dependant on coil vs. area. Thanks!
