Default Pics of Autometer guages in factory guage location

I am planning on turning a 1999 v6 firebird into a race car and would like to put all of the necessary guages in the gactory guage cluster location. I have seen it done before but I just do not know who sells the guage cluster to do it. I think it has 2 big holes for tach and speedo and then 3 smaller holes. It will be a 555 ci BBC with a PG. Also if anyone has any pics it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

I know that some company sells the piece because I have seen it in a magazine before. I just cant remember who the company was though. Does anyone have any pics of guages mounted there?

Camaroboy wants $200 for the gauge cluster piece, pretty steep if you ask me.

I hope 6litereater makes an affordable one

I did a search and I still could not find any company that offered one. I would at least like to see some pics if possible.

So, to the guys who have done this... What do you replace? Do you take the cluster completely out or do you leave the clear lens on?

Looks like just a flat piece of ABS, cut to fit the dash with holes cut for the gauges, am I correct?

some guys use the cluster backing so that it bolts up like a stock cluster and then they cut the plastic in the back or just use a single sheet of abs. some guys using the racepak system just usea piece of abs.

My setup uses an TCI control box to control the Twist machine paddle shrifter. That pic is like 6 months old. I bought the TCI box initially to control my 4L80E trans, then I found out I could use a paddle shifter setup from Twistmachine. I am hooking up the box as we speak and everything should be done soon. Based on the videos I see this paddle shifter setup is AWESOME and instant mroe so than my brothers Paddle shifter setup on his C6.
We used all sending units from the original dash setup, I can plug this thing in just like my original cluster, In fact since my dash it out it is setting in my garage waiting to be installed again, so I could take some pics??

No more clear lense, I just had the aftermarket piece powdercoated and then I added LED lights for turn signals and check engine light.

LOOKS BADASS AT NIGHT
