Default Freak accident??

So here is what happened:

As everyone knows the country has been battered with cold weather. Its about 15 degrees here in nyc. Anyway, i put my car into neutral and roll it out onto my driveway. Then i put it in park and start the car. I let it warm up for 10 min with lights on and heat on low. After the 10 min of idling i shut it off and go back inside to get something.

15 min later i return to the car and start it. It shuts off after 3sec of running engine. Then i restart it and its running like nothing happened.

Anyone know what could have happened?

Im pretty sure its not my battery. I purchased a optima red top 3 months back and this is the first time this event occured.

My car has been acting a little funny the past two days, I would try to remote start it and it would just click then I try it again and it would start. But then again it is -25 here in Michigan this morning. Probably just something stupid.

I am in Louisiana so we don't get too cold here but in even moderately cold weather (32 ish) my GXP will tend to act a bit quirky like that. Nothing to worry about though.

that has happened to me twice. nothing to worry about. i had it checked out and they said it was a delay from the fuel pump being the most likely cause. which can be from starting it throwing it in drive and hitting the gas.

I had this problem a long time ago; but my car would shut off while running, i.e. driving on the street. Took it to the dealer and they did nothing. The problem "magically" went away

All I have noticed in the cold is that my remote start range is reduced abit, maybe 25-50'?? Have to go out an extra couple yards to make sure it starts and the lights stay on at work, on cold days at least.
