I have run everything from 87 - 93 and never really noticed a difference until we made some tuning changes and leaned her out a bit and now I need to run 93.
NHRAMAN the 5.3 LS4 is 10:1 Compression which I think means that premium fuel would be needed or atleast recommended, but in the manual it say 87.
Now I know in the HP Tuner it has fuel and timing curves for both low and high octane fuel, but doesn't specify what low or high really means.

I put 93 since i had the tune on my car. I put in 87 the first day i got the car and it ran ok then, maybe because i wasnt use to the power but now since the tune only 93, i also find that the other gases burn faster in this car, 93 gives me some hope that the gas is able to last for the week

Beznich, have you posted any info about your exterior mods. I'd love to see more pics of your car. It's obvious you have a Monte front bumper, but not so sure what kind of rockers those are????
Looks great either way!
