I have been thinking of cutting mine in half (to keep the mating surfaces on each end) and using pipe between them to essentially increase the plenum volume by moving the throttle blade further from the plenum as an experiment. Using two would be easier than cutting one in half. If no one else is interested in a couple weeks, drop me a PM, in either case, since it sounds like yours is off the car, I would sure appreciate if you could get me a decently accurate measurement of the hole (would need an interference fit, so if it is between the lines, round up). Thanks!

I think we have the same size TB as an LS1 which is like 75 or 78mm?

My TBS came in a couple weeks ago, but I'm not putting it on until my Ported intake manifold gets put on!

not looking for the TB size as it may be different than the diameter of the hole in the spacer, which is what I would need to match with the piping. Thanks though.
