Default GXP Strut Assy swap

Hey guys,

Has anyone swapped the Billistien strut assy's from a GXP to a Monte yet? If so what all is required?

Why not just swap oem for bilsteins for your car.

Just the cost, I work at a junk yard and thinking I could pick up good used ones for a lot less

Yep I see that, it appeared that something was different with the sway bar when I looked at a GXP on the hoist, but I guess not.

Yes and the Buicks also have the sway/stabilizer attached to the strut (tab on body of strut)
who knows for sure listings have been incorrect before

If you use the strut assemblies from the GXP, you will need to use the sway bar also. Other than that you should bo OK!

I did it, it works. Just need sway bar and endlinks as noted above.
